Very cool. Paul Butler a Facebook Intern, visualizes the relationships between 10 million pairs of Facebook friends.
Remarkably, the map doesn’t include any of the usual features you find in a normal map eg ocean-land borders. Yet it’s still possible to see these through the structures built from human relationships.
